Yectar ("we", "us") is building a form and funnel platform. This policy explains what data we collect from visitors to yectar.com and people who join our waitlist, and what we do with it.
2. What we collect
- Waitlist information: email address, and any plan you reserved.
- Usage data: anonymous analytics on which pages get viewed and where visitors come from.
- Cookies: a small number of first-party cookies needed to run the site and remember your preferences.
3. How we use it
We use waitlist emails to send one launch announcement and occasional founding-user updates. We never sell your email. We never share it with third parties for advertising. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time. Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@yectar.com.
