1. Acceptance
By visiting yectar.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. They may change before the product launches; we'll flag material changes on this page.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a paid contract. It reserves your spot for founding-user access when Yectar launches. Reservations for paid tiers (Launch, Scale, Power) are non-binding until we confirm the plan and start your trial.
3. Acceptable use
Don't submit anyone else's email to the waitlist. Don't attempt to attack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site.
4. Intellectual property
The Yectar name, logo, copy, and design are ours. You're welcome to link to the site or quote it with attribution.
5. Disclaimer
The site is provided as-is while we're pre-launch. Roadmap items may ship on a different date or in a different form.
